Brand Extension
I led the development of a brand extension for Engineering & Inspection Services (EIS) designed to align the company’s structure with market needs while strengthening its overall identity. The process began with in-depth stakeholder interviews to understand both internal priorities and client perceptions. A recurring theme emerged: clients placed a high value on the convenience of accessing multiple services through a single provider.
Building on that insight, I created a brand architecture that clearly defined service divisions mapped to key market segments and customer personas. This gave each division its own identity and voice, while maintaining a unified visual system that tied everything back to the EIS master brand.
