I designed a custom website for Engineering & Inspection Services (EIS) that elevates the company’s digital presence and strengthens its role as a lead-generating tool. The project began with extensive stakeholder interviews and deep discovery sessions across each division to uncover unique needs, challenges, and growth opportunities. From there, I developed a structure that not only unified the brand but also gave each division its own space to connect to specific personas.

Key features include:

  • Case Study Library – Showcasing real-world projects to build credibility and demonstrate expertise.

  • Lead Generation & SEO Optimization – Implementing user-friendly forms, clear CTAs, and keyword-driven content to attract and convert new business opportunities.

  • Content Engines – Producing in-house videos and professional photography to tell the EIS story with authenticity and impact.

  • Clear Value Propositions – Each page begins with a concise, audience-focused statement of value, ensuring visitors immediately understand EIS’s strengths.

The result is a modern, engaging, and strategically designed website that communicates trust, highlights technical expertise, and drives measurable business growth.

Brand Extension

I led the development of a brand extension for Engineering & Inspection Services (EIS) designed to align the company’s structure with market needs while strengthening its overall identity. The process began with in-depth stakeholder interviews to understand both internal priorities and client perceptions. A recurring theme emerged: clients placed a high value on the convenience of accessing multiple services through a single provider.

Building on that insight, I created a brand architecture that clearly defined service divisions mapped to key market segments and customer personas. This gave each division its own identity and voice, while maintaining a unified visual system that tied everything back to the EIS master brand. The result was a framework that clarified offerings, streamlined communication, and made it easier for clients to navigate the breadth of services available.

Highlights of the brand extension included:

  • Market-Aligned Divisions – Structuring the company’s services to directly reflect customer needs and buying behaviors.

  • Persona-Driven Messaging – Tailoring value propositions to different client types while reinforcing the shared benefit of integrated solutions.

  • Cohesive Visual System – Designing a consistent look and feel that balanced divisional distinction with corporate unity.

  • Strategic Positioning – Emphasizing the advantage of “one company, many services” as a key differentiator in the marketplace.

This initiative positioned EIS as a more accessible, client-centered partner while reinforcing its reputation as a trusted, comprehensive provider.
